Introduction
Medical recipes. The fragment preserves the remains of 12 lines containing two prescriptions apparently against eye diseases, respectively in ll. 1-8 and 9-12. The second one is introduced by a two-line title indented of about three-four letters. According to a few parallels quoted from Paulus, Oribasius and Aëtius, however, the text seems to record antidotes to be taken internally for various ailments, especially of the stomach. The papyrus is assigned to the 3rd c. AD on paleographical grounds.
