Introduction
Medical prescription. The text is preserved on the recto of a small, light-brown papyrus (5 x 7 cm) and runs along the fibers. There can be no doubt that we are dealing with a medical recipe. The document has on paleographical grounds to be dated to the 5th cent. AD.

Notes
- 2.
The word θεαπνον sounds very much like θεάφιον-θέαφος ('sulfur').
- 2-3.
Between lines 2 and 3 there is a space of over 1 cm. A new recipe seems to start with this line.To the right of ναρτοστάχους there appears on the papyrus a faint trace of ink.
- 6.
As the accusative is used (as in lines 2 and 3) it seems probable that no measure will have been given.
